Cancellation
Any appointment that is missed/cancelled/rescheduled without at least 48 hours of business days’ notice and no less than 24 hours of a business day will be assessed a fee of half the charge of the scheduled appointment fee. Any appointment that is cancelled without a 24 hours of a business day’s notice will be charged the full consultation fee. It is very difficult for us to offer the reserved time to someone else without proper notice so we ask that you give at least a 48-hours of 2 business days’ notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment.
