Prescribing medicines based on the patient’s specific symptoms

Homeopathy is a profession based on patient’s individual symptoms instead of prescribing medicines based on disease names. We take into account whether the condition is chronic or acute or a minor emergency. In homeopathy, we don’t prescribe on the basis of disease names.

Three patients with same disease could have three different remedies

Consider three different patients. They all had high blood pressure (hypertension). The first patient was in her mid sixties. She told me that when the blood pressure shoots up. She feels as if she is floating in the air. As if she has lost her ground. The patient was in his early seventies. He said under high blood pressure, he gets these split headaches while right side temple starts throbbing, hammering and pulsating. The third patient had strange symptoms. During high blood pressure, his body is inclined and functional towards left side only — switching from keyboard to kitchen counter, he is slightly bend towards left side, but whenever he is turning or looking at right side. He feels vertigo or dizziness. We will not prescribe the same homeopathic medicine for them. We will not prescribe remedies based on disease names. We will give them remedies the way they are suffering from the disease. The drama of disease is given preference over pathological names.

Homeopathic medicines are never developed using animal testing

Homeopathic medicines are never made synthetically

In 226 years of Homeopathic history, we have never done any experiments on animal (rats, guinea pigs or monkeys). We have never killed any animals during trials and given drugs to humans. Yes, Homeopathy is extremely humanistic science. In fact, in Homeopathy we have done experiments on completely healthy people. Why this fairly or reasonably healthy person is getting sicker? What happen to this individual? These are fundamental questions in homeopathic medicine.
